Compared to straight whisked Matcha, Matcha suitable to blend into ice cream, sweets, foods etc, has a brighter colour and it is more bitter to give a sense of freshness.
About Matcha for use in food
Compared to canned Matcha, bagged Matcha cannot be kept in the original bag for a long time after opening. Once you open the bag, please put the Matcha into a sealed container.
The Matcha listed here is good for food and/or drinks. Please do not drink this Matcha in the traditional whisked way as thin or thick tea. It is not suitable for this purpose.
Please sift the Matcha before you use it in food. By sifting you avoid lumps and it becomes easier to mix with other substances.
Please inquire about prices for 10kg bags of Matcha in cardboard boxes and other products in quantity. |
