This time, the issue of imitation goods to our original products on the Chinese market is reported by Japanese media.

In regards to the situation, we are seeking legal action to do with the Chinese trademark, goods, and design similar to ours.

Secondly, we are working with public administration and organization such as the Japanese government, JETRO, Kyoto-fu, Uji-shi, and Kyoto Tea Cooperative, to seek correspondents from the Chinese administration.

We have also taken legal measures such as Trademark Infringement, and Act of Unfair Competition against the imitation goods imported to Japan. Furthermore, we are developing technology to help end-users recognize our original products.
