平素より格別のご愛顧を賜り、誠にありがとうございます。
さて、当社 株式会社丸久小山園は、現在直営店５店舗（下記）にて、抹茶の品薄により販売制限を行っております。「抹茶はお一人様１点まで」という厳しい制限を行っており、店舗側も実に心苦しいですが、多くのご来店の方々からご理解・ご協力をいただいていること、心より深く御礼申し上げます。
なお、当社が販売制限を行っている中、稀に転売目的と疑われるお客様が人数を集めて抹茶を買い付けようとする事例も発生しています。
幼い子どもたちや、タクシーの運転手さん、店外で知り合ったばっかりの人等を連れてご来店など、他の人を利用して抹茶をかき集めようとする事例が見受けられました。
以上の事案が発生しているため、各直営店舗スタッフの判断により、商品のご提供をお断りさせていただく場合がございます。
大変ご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、お客様一人一人へ公平に当社のお抹茶をお手に取っていただくため、日々試行錯誤してまいりますのでご理解のほど、よろしくお願いいたします。

Thank you for your continued support to Marukyu Koyamaen.
Due to the limited stock of all Matcha products, purchase limits restriction of “one item per person” on all matcha products has been applied at our direct managed shops (listed as below). We are deeply grateful to have your kind cooperation and understanding on the current purchase limit policy.
However, in order to enlarge the group size to purchase more at a time for the purpose of reselling, we regret to announce that opportunistic behaviors such as claiming dependent children, taxi drivers and even someone that just meet outside the shop to be part of the group, are observed.
We hereby announce we will refuse service to customers in cases that our shop staff consider, at their discretion, that behaviors of specific customer(s) are improper.
We strive to treat every customer equally and provide a better shopping experience to all customers, and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
