November is traditionally considered the New Years of Japanese Tea World. Participate as a guest of this auspicious celebration at an exclusive “beginner’s tea gathering”.
Enjoy the atmosphere of a traditional tea house, surrounded by a tranquil garden. Experienced tea practitioners will guide you through basic procedures and explain tearoom etiquette in English.

Learn how to use a wash basin to purify yourself, and how to enter the tea room through a “crawl-in door” - The tea room
Engage with the basic of “The Way of Tea” through the traditional procedure for Matcha preparation - Workshop
Acquire the basic skills to whisk Matcha by yourself. Open space for questions and experimenting. Experience milling Matcha as in the olden days, using a traditional manual stone mill
